Every home is different, so we don't publish a flat price. Cost depends on how much of the house you want lit, roof height and complexity, and how many trees, walkways, and shrubs are included. At the free consultation we build a mock-up and give you an exact number before you commit to anything. If you have a budget in mind, tell us and we'll design to it.

No. We supply commercial-grade lights, clips, timers, and extension cords as part of the installation. They're rated for outdoor winter use and considerably more durable than what's sold at big-box stores.

No. We use clips designed for shingles and gutters, so nothing is nailed, drilled, or stapled into your home. It's one of the more common reasons people switch from doing it themselves.

Call or text us and we'll come out and fix it at no charge, for as long as your display is up. Wind and ice happen, and it's covered.

Installations typically run from early November through mid-December, and takedown starts in early January. We'll set your dates at the consultation. Booking earlier means more flexibility on timing.

Yes. After takedown we can store everything until next season so it isn't taking up space in your attic or garage. Most customers take us up on it.

Absolutely, and plenty of families do. Tell us what you want to keep, whether that's the bushes, the porch railings, or the mailbox, and we'll design the display around it and handle the parts that need a ladder.

We collect a 50% deposit at the consultation once you've approved the design, with the balance due at installation. The deposit comes after you've seen the mock-up and the final price, not before.

We focus on residential homes. That's what we're set up to do well, and it's where our design process actually adds something.
